Prophet Elijah, a man who at a certain time of his life wish God take his life away but was fed twice by and angel of the Lord thereby preparing him for the Journey to Horeb (mount of God). Elijah was waiting to see the Lord on that mount, a strong wind rent the mount but the Lord was not there, the and earthquake but the Lord was not there and after a fire but the Lord was not there.Elijah heard the Lord in a still small voice.”As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts” (Isaiah 55:9). Sometimes we expect God to speak to us in a special way, to do things in a particular time and ways. From the lesson of prophet Elijah, we now know God can do anything, any time and it must not be what you are familiar with or a particular way.
